Agreement to our legal terms
We are Smalltalk Group Ltd, doing business as Cosmic Letter("Company", "we", "us", or "our"), a company registered in the United Kingdom at Henstaff Court, Llantrisant Road, Cardiff, Wales CF72 8NG.
We operate the website cosmicletter.to (the "Site") and any related products and services (the "Services"). Cosmic Letter is a personalised daily cosmic letter, partly composed with the help of AI.

These Legal Terms form a binding agreement between you and Smalltalk Group Ltd. By accessing the Services you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use immediately. The Services are intended for users who are at least 18 years old; under-18s may only be created as parent-managed keepsakes by a parent or legal guardian.
1. Our Services
Cosmic Letter is provided for personal reflection and entertainment. Astrology, horoscopes and the Cosmic Card are for entertainment purposes only and do not constitute legitimate fortune-telling, medical, legal, financial or therapeutic advice. Information provided when using the Services is not intended for distribution to or use in any jurisdiction where such use would be unlawful.
2. Intellectual property rights
We own or licence all intellectual property in the Services, including source code, designs, written Cosmic Letters, journal articles, images and the Cosmic Letter brand and marks. Content is provided "as is" for your personal, non-commercial use only. You may not copy, reproduce, republish, scrape, resell or otherwise exploit the Services or content without our prior written permission.
Your submissions
Any feedback, ideas or suggestions you send us may be used by us freely without compensation. You retain ownership of profile information you submit, and grant us the licence necessary to operate and improve the Services for you.
3. User representations
By using the Services you represent that the information you provide is accurate and kept up to date, that you have legal capacity to agree to these terms, that you will not use bots or automated means to access the Services, and that your use will not violate any applicable law.
4. Registration
You may need to register an account. Keep your password confidential — you are responsible for activity on your account. We may reclaim a username we consider inappropriate.
5. Purchases and payment
Payments are processed by our payment provider. By placing an order you authorise us (and our provider) to charge your chosen payment method for any amounts due. Prices are shown in US dollars unless stated otherwise. We may correct pricing errors and refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.
6. Subscriptions
Billing and renewal
Cosmic Letter+ subscriptions continue and automatically renew (monthly or annually, as selected) until cancelled. You authorise us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis without prior approval for each charge, until you cancel.
Cancellation
You can cancel at any time from your billing page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid term. For help, email hello@cosmicletter.to.
Fee changes
We may change subscription fees from time to time and will notify you in accordance with applicable law.
Gifts and keepsakes
Gift purchases are one-time and non-renewing. The gift recipient claims the gift via a code and may choose to set up a recurring plan separately. Lifetime Keepsakes for children are parent-managed and remain under the control of the purchasing adult until transferred.
7. Prohibited activities
You may not use the Services for any unlawful purpose, attempt to circumvent security or rate limits, harvest data, harass another user, impersonate another person, or use Cosmic Letter content to train third-party machine-learning models without our written permission.
8. Services management
We reserve the right (but not the obligation) to monitor the Services for breach, to take legal action against violators, and to refuse, restrict or disable any content or account at our sole discretion.
9. Privacy
We care about your privacy and data. By using the Services you agree to our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these terms.
10. Term and termination
These terms remain in effect while you use the Services. We may suspend or terminate your access for any reason, including breach of these terms or applicable law. You may stop using the Services at any time.
11. Modifications and interruptions
We may change, modify or remove parts of the Services at any time without notice. We cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability and are not liable for downtime, delays or errors.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom, excluding the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. EU consumers retain the mandatory protections of their country of residence. The parties submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Wales.
13. Disclaimer
The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied. Astrological and reflective content is for entertainment only and should not be relied upon as a substitute for professional advice.
14. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these terms or the Services will not exceed the greater of the amount paid by you to us in the twelve months preceding the claim, or fifty US dollars.
15. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify and hold us harmless from any claim arising out of your breach of these terms or misuse of the Services.
16. Miscellaneous
These terms constitute the entire agreement between you and us. Our failure to enforce any right is not a waiver of that right. If any provision is held invalid, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
