We hope you love your Cosmic Letter+ subscription. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may request a refund from us.
Refund requests must be made within fourteen (14) days of the purchase date.
How to request a refund
Email us at hello@cosmicletter.to with the subject line "Refund". Please include the email address you signed up with so we can locate your account. We will process your refund within 7 working days.
Refunds may take 1–2 billing cycles to appear on your statement, depending on your card provider. We will email you to confirm once the refund has been processed.
Gifts and keepsakes
Gift purchases are refundable within 14 days provided the gift code has not yet been claimed. Once a gift has been claimed by the recipient and a personalised letter generated, the purchase is no longer refundable but you may transfer the remaining time at our discretion.
Recurring subscriptions
For ongoing Monthly or Annual subscriptions outside the 14-day window, you can cancel at any time from your billing page to prevent the next renewal. We do not offer pro-rated refunds for partial months or years already in progress, except where required by law.
